A chef for four hours in Chicago is $180.00

Supervisor private home $ 40.00/hour each
Server or bartender private home $ 35.00/hour each
Chef private home $ 45.00/hour each
Banquet supervisor $ 40.00/hour each
Banquet chef or captain $ 45.00/hour each
Banquet
server or bartender $ 30.00/hour each
Bartender for a beer, wine & soda party: 1 bartender per
75 guests. Bartender for a mixed drink party: 1 bartender per 50 guests.
Events a la Carte offers you the
opportunity to be added to my Dram Shop,
Liquor Liability insurance
for the day of your event. This will have you or your company covered for one
million dollars in liquor liability.

Final cost will be based on the number
of hours worked.
Servers can replenish buffet but cannot
cook any food.
A chef is needed to cook food.
