of hours worked.
Servers can replenish buffet but cannot
cook any food.
A chef is needed to cook food.
All staffing is a four hour minimum per

Bartender for a beer, wine & soda party: 1 bartender per 75 guests.
Bartender for a mixed drink party: 1 bartender per 50 guests.
