From ONE element to the entire Party

All items depend upon availability.
Prices subject to change without notice.
Prices include tax and delivery to most of Chicago.
Prices subject to caterer availability.
All prices are approximate until all Event details are finalized.

A 50% deposit due with the signed contract and the balance due by check at the end of the event.
Payment schedule for weddings: a 30% deposit is required to book event, 20% due three months prior to event, balance due 14 days prior to event.
Gratuity is not included.
Final guest count is due seven days before the event.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Events a la Carte is not to be held responsible if through a work-stoppage, fire, flood or other emergency condition it is unable to fulfill this contract.
Missing or damaged rentals will be charged to client.
A restocking charge may apply if client as per the contract does not pick up rentals.
Payments are non-refundable.
Visa / MasterCard accepted. $ 1000.00 maximum.

Quoted prices reflect a discount for cash or check payment.
Any amount paid by credit card will not be eligible for this 5% cash discount.
5% will be added to all non-cash or check payments.

 Payment method

A 50% deposit is due with the signed contract.
A signed payment guarantee with credit card information is necessary for all orders.
The balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice in cash or by check.
Balance must be received in our office WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE.
On day 15 we will charge the balance due to your credit card plus 5%.
